Mr. Wang Yunqing

Position: Director, Institute of Modern Learning Science, Dalian.

He was born in September, 1951.

Former Director, Bureau of Education of Dalian. Before that, he served as headmaster of No.8 secondary school, deputy director of Dalian Educational Committee, deputy director and deputy secretary of Dalian Education Bureau, and inspector in Shanghai Municipal Government. From Feb. 2008, he was appointed as General Secretary in Dalian Education Bureau.
